Halmstad We are a team of Geologists from the University of California, Santa Barbara, working on National Science Foundation supported research in Antarctica. We are heading to the Southern Dry Valleys region, near McMurdo Station to conduct fieldwork 7 weeks fieldwork beginning in October 2015. We will follow our fieldwork up with detailed lab analyses to better understand the geologic evolution of the Transantarctic Mountains.
